Dicha is the 5 year old full sister to Favorito KG and Independencia KG. We have been so pleased with the Favorito and Dichosa offspring for many reasons. They embody what we believe to be the essential characteristics of the Andalusian breed: well balanced, lots of substance, exceptional and straight movement with impulsion from behind, a kind eye and intelligence. Favorito and Dichosa represent the combination of the Paco Lazo and Escalera bloodines.

Dicha has a powerful trot and over-reaches from behind. Her full brother Favorito KG has beencompeted on the USDF circuit by Brad Cutshall and is now schooling with an eventing trainer. Dicha has a similar way of going as her full brother and when she fully matures will be an exceptional dressage mount herself. Dicha is a dark mahogany bay and is currently in the midst of a growth spurt. We expect her to mature at 15.3-16 hands.

Her bloodlines include her performance proven sire Favorito AP - the 1999 IALHA National Champion at 3rd Level who competed on the USDF circuit for three years as hoigh as the 4th level. He was top 10% All Breeds at 2nd level and top 12% All Breeds at 3rd level. Her dam is Dichosa AP - a direct Dejado daughter and was bred by the Parra family of San Antonio, Texas. Dichosa has massive bone and substance like her sire. She was a huge powerful and straight trot she passes on to all of her offspring. This mare is our best broodmare and all of her offspring are exceptional.

Dicha will be an excellent choice for a performance horse-especially dressage or as a foundation broodmare. She is Pure Spanish and inscribed by the Cria Caballar. Video available.
